[.feature]4[.feature] oz cream cheese, softened
[.feature]4[.feature] oz mascarpone cheese
[.feature]½[.feature] cup heavy cream
[.feature]½[.feature] cup powdered sugar
[.feature]3[.feature] tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
[.feature]2[.feature] tsp espresso powder or instant coffee
[.feature]¼[.feature] tsp vanilla extract
fresh strawberries and chocolate syrup, for serving
Mix cream cheese, mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, cocoa, espresso powder and vanilla together in a food processor fitted with the “S” blade. You may have to stop several times and scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure complete mixing. Mixture should be thick and creamy.
Spread 1/4th of the mixture on each of the original egglife wraps, and top with fresh sliced strawberries. Fold the wrap closed, and serve with additional strawberries on top and chocolate syrup, if desired.
