[.feature]3[.feature] tbsp butter

[.feature]2[.feature] sweet apples – like gala or fuji – peeled and chopped

[.feature]1[.feature] tsp cinnamon

[.feature]½[.feature] cup apple cider, apple juice or water

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp maple syrup

unsweetened Vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt

optional: caramel sauce

Steps

STEP 1

Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.

STEP 2

When butter is melted, add apples and cook until they have softened a bit, about 3-4 minutes.

STEP 3

Add cinnamon and cider/juice or water and continue to cook apples until liquid is absorbed.

STEP 4

Add maple syrup.

STEP 5

To serve, use an egglife wrap.  Line wrap with a 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt, top with apples and fold.

STEP 6

Top with additional apples and caramel sauce if desired.
