green goddess wrap

Ingredients

1 roasted garlic & herb egglife® wrap

shredded lettuce

2 tomato slices

1 bacon slice

½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ avocado

1 cup fresh parsley

1 cup basil

2 tbsp chopped chives

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

½ medium shallot

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Steps

STEP 1

Blend Greek yogurt, avocado, parsley, basil, chives, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, shallot, garlic, salt & pepper into a food processor (or blender). Process until well blended. Add extra lemon juice or water for a smoother consistency, if desired.

STEP 2

On the egglife wrap, layer lettuce, tomato, bacon and chicken. Top with green goddess dressing & enjoy!
