spinach artichoke dip with egglife chips

Ingredients

1 pack original egglife® wraps

3 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained

14 oz artichoke hearts, drained

1 cup nonfat greek yogurt

¾ cup cottage cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 

⅔ cup parmesan cheese, grated

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

Steps

Artichoke Dip:

STEP 1

Add spinach, drained artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, artichoke hearts, cottage cheese, ¾ cup mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a food processor.

STEP 2

Blend until well combined and transfer to a baking dish.

STEP 3

Top the dish with remaining mozzarella cheese.

STEP 4

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 375°.

egglife Chips:

STEP 1

Cut egglife wraps into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.

STEP 2

Lightly coat both sides with avocado oil spray.

STEP 3

Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes and enjoy!
