Sichuan Noodles

Ingredients

1 egglife spicy chili POWER PASTA 

⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce

⅓ cup water

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp vegetable oil

6 cloves garlic, sliced

4 stalks green onion, sliced

3 small red chilis

1 cup bean sprouts

2 tbsp sesame seeds

Steps

STEP 1

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, water, and sugar until combined.

STEP 2

Heat vegetable oil in the skillet. Once hot, add garlic, the white part of the scallion and red chilis. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 3

Add water, butter and POWER PASTA to the skillet. Cover and heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.  

STEP 4

Add sauce mixture and bean sprouts to the pan and stir until coated.

STEP 5

Garnish with green scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy!
