Shrimp Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

1 pack egglife roasted garlic POWER PASTA 

⅓ cup water

1 tbsp butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

12 shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined

½ cup pesto

red pepper flakes

Fresh basil

Steps

STEP 1

In a skillet over medium-heat, heat oil and cook shrimp until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from pan.

STEP 2

Add water, butter and POWER PASTA to the skillet. Cover and heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

STEP 3

Add pesto and shrimp to the pan. Mix well and heat until warm.

STEP 4

Garnish with red pepper flakes and fresh basil. Enjoy!
