[.feature]1[.feature] cup onion, chopped

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp olive oil

[.feature]3[.feature] cups cooked chicken, shredded

[.feature]1[.feature] cup corn

[.feature]1[.feature] oz package taco seasoning mix

[.feature]3[.feature] cups iceberg lettuce, shredded

[.feature]1 ½[.feature] cup shredded cheddar cheese

[.feature]1 ½[.feature] cup fresh diced tomatoes

optional – sour cream

Steps

STEP 1

Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

STEP 2

Add onion and sauté until translucent.

STEP 3

Add shredded chicken and corn and stir until combined.

STEP 4

Add the packet of taco seasoning to the onion, chicken and corn mixture.

STEP 5

When mixture is well-blended and warmed through, turn off heat and set aside.

STEP 6

Next, warm your southwest egglife wraps one at a time: 10 seconds each in the microwave, or ~15 seconds per side in a separate skillet over medium/high heat

STEP 7

Then, make your soft taco wraps:  Start with shredded lettuce, then turkey taco mixture, then ¼ cup cheddar cheese and ¼ cup tomatoes per wrap.

STEP 8

Top with sour cream if desired, fold like a soft taco and enjoy!
