Ingredients
1 pack egglife original POWER PASTA
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup red pepper, sliced
¼ cup yellow pepper, sliced
½ cup purple cabbage
⅓ cup water
1 tbsp butter
½ cucumber, cut in 1-2" pieces
½ cup peanuts, roughly chopped
Garnish with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds and lime.
Peanut Sauce:
1 cup peanut butter
⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sriracha
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
