[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp avocado oil

[.feature]½[.feature] bell pepper, cut into strips

[.feature]5[.feature] asparagus stalks, cut into 2” pieces

[.feature]10[.feature] grape tomatoes, halved

sea salt

ground pepper

[.feature]4[.feature] tbsp pesto sauce

optional: red pepper flakes

Steps

STEP 1

Cut egglife wraps into strips about the width of fettuccine noodles. Set aside.

STEP 2

Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat.

STEP 3

Add the bell pepper and asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes.

STEP 4

Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

STEP 5

Season with sea salt and pepper.

STEP 6

Add egglife pasta and pesto and cook on low temp for another 2 minutes.

STEP 7

Mix all in bowl, sprinkle red pepper and enjoy!
