no-bake peanut butter cup enchiladas

1 pack sweet cinnamon egglife® wraps

2 cups heavy whipping cream

4 tbsp creamy peanut butter

¼ cup sugar-free powdered sugar

chocolate sauce

¼ cup graham crackers, crushed

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Steps

STEP 1

In an electric mixer, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks are formed.

STEP 2

Add 2 tbsp of peanut butter and all of the sugar-free powdered sugar. Mix until combined and soft peaks form. Do not overmix.

STEP 3

Heat the remaining peanut butter and drizzle over the roll ups. Top with chocolate sauce, crushed graham cracker, mini chocolate chips and enjoy!
