chicken alfredo lasagna

1 pack roasted garlic and herb egglife® wraps

1 cup cottage cheese

¼  cup milk

½ cup parmesan cheese

1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded

parsley

salt & pepper

¾ cup mozzarella cheese

Steps

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

STEP 2

In a blender, blend cottage cheese, milk and parmesan cheese until smooth and then transfer to a bowl.

STEP 3

Add rotisserie chicken, parsley, salt and pepper to the cottage cheese filling. Stir to combine.

STEP 4

In an 8x8 round pan, layer 1 egglife wrap, cottage cheese filling, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat 4-5 times, or until filling is completely used. Top with a thin layer of filling and mozzarella. 

STEP 5

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
