chicken caprese foldover

1 roasted garlic & herb egglife® wrap

½ grilled chicken breast, sliced

1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

1 plum tomato, sliced

¼ cup spinach

fresh basil

balsamic & olive oil

salt & pepper

Steps

STEP 1

On an egglife wrap, layer grilled chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, and spinach.

STEP 2

Drizzle with balsamic and olive oil and top with fresh basil.

STEP 3

Finish with salt and fresh cracker pepper.

STEP 4

Fold in half and enjoy!
