cheesy gordita crunch wraps

[.feature]1[.feature] package original egglife® wrap

[.feature]1[.feature] package hard shell tacos

[.feature]1[.feature] lb ground turkey

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp taco seasoning

[.feature]½[.feature] cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt

[.feature]1[.feature] cup salsa, divided

[.feature]1[.feature] cup shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese

Optional: avocado, fresh cilantro, jalapeno slices & diced cherry tomatoes

Steps

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degree

STEP 2

Lay out your egglife® wraps on parchment paper and divide the cheese amongst all tortillas

STEP 3

Lay down your hard shell taco on each egglife wrap and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Remove and fold other side of egg life wrap on to the hardshell taco

STEP 4

While the cheese is cooking, saute the ground turkey with seasonings and ½ cup of salsa to keep it juicy

STEP 5

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the remaining ½ cup salsa for the dressing

STEP 6

When the tortillas are out of the oven, fill with meat, drizzle the sauce and add any other toppings you like!
