[.feature]4[.feature] lettuce leaves (leaf or Boston works best)

[.feature]8[.feature] slices cooked bacon

[.feature]1[.feature] cup cheddar cheese, shredded

thinly sliced plum tomatoes

cooking spray

Avocado Mayo

[.feature]½[.feature] small avocado

[.feature]1[.feature] tsp fresh lime juice

[.feature]1[.feature] tbsp mayonnaise

Steps

STEP 1

First make the avocado mayo:  Mash avocado with lime juice.  Add in mayonnaise and mix until smooth.

STEP 2

To assemble wrap, spread ¼ of the avocado mayo on the lower half of each wrap.

STEP 3

Then top with lettuce, 2 slices of bacon, ¼ cup of shredded cheese and a few slices of tomato.

STEP 4

Roll up wrap, spray outside of the wrap lightly with cooking spray.

STEP 5

Place in panini press, wrap side down, and warm it until cheese is melted.  Alternatively, heat in non-stick skillet until cheese is melted.
