Ingredients
1 pack egglife original POWER PASTA
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup parmesan, grated
1 ½ cup pancetta, diced
⅓ cup water
1 tbsp butter

Whisk egg yolks and whole egg in a bowl. Stir in half the parmesan cheese. Add black pepper and set aside.
In a large skillet on medium-low heat, add the pancetta and cook until crisp, about 8 minutes. Drain oil from pan.
Add water, butter and POWER PASTA to the skillet. Cover and heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Slowly add egg mixture into the pan, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and egg is thickened.
Add remaining cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve & enjoy!
