[.feature]2[.feature] tsp powdered sugar
[.feature]¼[.feature] tsp vanilla extract
[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp butter
[.feature]1[.feature] tbsp brown sugar
[.feature]2[.feature] peaches, peeled and sliced (fresh or frozen)
[.feature]¼[.feature] tsp nutmeg
Make the cream filling: Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until well combined. Set aside.
Warm 2 tablespoons of butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. When butter is melted, stir in brown sugar, and when sugar has melted, add the peaches and nutmeg. Cook until peaches are soft and have formed a nice syrup.
To make the dessert, use ½ of the sour cream mixture as filing for each wrap, and top with half the peaches. Fold wrap. Serve with additional peaches on top or powdered sugar if desired.
