italian tuscan chicken wraps

Serves 3

[.feature]3[.feature] roasted garlic & herb egglife® wraps

[.feature]½[.feature] lb chicken tenders (can also use pre-cooked tenders)

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp olive oil

sea salt

pepper

[.feature]½[.feature] tbsp Italian herbs

[.feature]½[.feature] cup baby spinach

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, sliced

optional:  balsamic glaze, (omit if you’re following a Keto diet)

Steps

STEP 1

To make chicken, heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.  Generously salt and pepper tenders and sprinkle Italian herbs on top.  Cook tenders for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

STEP 2

To assemble the wrap, line each wrap with the spinach. Top with 1-2 chicken tenders (depending on size), sun-dried tomato, and roll-up. For additional flavor, if you’re not following a keto diet, top with balsamic glaze!
