Ingredients
3 sweet cinnamon egglife® wraps
2 cups cottage cheese (full fat works best!)
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup peanuts, chopped or crushed

To make ice cream, add cottage cheese, honey, peanut butter and 2 tbsp chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice cream mixture to a plastic container and freeze for 3 hours. To make shells, form wraps into a taco shape by folding each wrap over coiled tin foil and placing the 3 wraps in the air fryer. Air fry at 390 degrees for 3 minutes.
Allow “taco shells” to cool to room temp. Meanwhile, remove ice cream from the freezer and thaw for 5 minutes.
Microwave remaining chocolate chips in 15 second increments until fully melted.
Scoop cottage cheese ice cream into each egglife shell.
Using a swooping motion, coat the top of the wrap in melted chocolate.
Top with crushed peanuts. Allow chocolate to set and enjoy!
