1 garden salsa egglife® wrap

¼ cup feta, crumbled

1 tbsp chili crisp oil

1 egg

½ avocado

salt & pepper to taste

optional: chopped parsley

Steps

STEP 1

Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

STEP 2

Crumble feta in a circular shape around the skillet and allow it to melt slightly.

STEP 3

Add chili crisp oil over the top of the feta.

STEP 4

Crack an egg into the center of the pan. Fry the egg for 30 seconds before lowering heat and covering with a lid until egg whites are set. Remove from heat.

STEP 5

Place an egglife garden salsa wrap on a plate and smash half an avocado evenly over the top of the wrap.

STEP 6

Lay the feta fried egg on the wrap and finish with salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
