Chips:

1 package of your favorite egglife style: Original, Southwest-style, Italian-style, or Rye- style.

2 teaspoons Avocado Oil

1 tablespoon Sea Salt

Mango Salsa:

1 Ripe Mango, diced

1/4 Red Onion, diced

1/4 Jalapeno, diced

Cilantro, finely chopped

Lime

Directions

To Make Chips:

Preheat oven to 350.  Cut egglife wraps into 4 triangles. Mix together avocado oil and sea salt.  Coat both sides of the wraps with the spice mixture.

Place cut wraps directly on the oven racks and bake for 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

Remove from oven, let cool.  Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to a week.

 

To Make Salsa:

Mix all of your chopped ingredients and squeeze your lime to-taste over the mixture.  Use salt and pepper to your liking.
