egglife® pita chips

[.feature]1[.feature] package original egglife® wraps

olive oil or cooking spray

salt & pepper to taste

Hummus

[.feature]2[.feature] cups washed and drained garbanzo beans

[.feature]1[.feature] tbsp minced garlic

[.feature]1[.feature] lemon (squeezed juice only)

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp sauce boss gang granada mexican chipotle hot sauce

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup toasted sesame oil

[.feature]¼[.feature] cup water

salt to taste

sesame oil, fresh ground cayenne pepper, and additional Chipotle hot sauce, for serving.

Steps

STEP 1

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 400 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.

STEP 2

Cut egglife wraps into 4 square cut chip pieces. Separate all egglife chips.

STEP 3

Spray both sides with avocado oil or olive oil. Salt and pepper both sides to taste.

STEP 4

Place chips on a flat foil lined baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Flip at 10 minutes and bake the opposite side for 10-12 minutes, until your desired texture is reached.

Hummus

STEP 1

In a blender combine garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, chipotle hot sauce, toasted sesame oil and water on high. Blend to your desired consistency.

STEP 2

Add additional water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Once you reach your desired texture, add salt to taste and blend for 30 seconds.

STEP 3

Plate and top with a drizzle of sesame oil, fresh cayenne and chipotle hot sauce.
