cheesy garlic bread quesadilla

2 roasted garlic & herb egglife® wraps

2 cloves garlic, chopped 

2 tbsp butter or margarine (softened) 

handful of parsley leaves, chopped

½ cup mozzarella cheese 

avocado oil

Steps

STEP 1

In a small bowl, combine garlic, butter, and parsley.  Mix until incorporated. 

STEP 2

Spread butter mixture on 1 egglife wrap. Top with mozzarella and the remaining wrap. 

STEP 3

Heat pan with avocado oil over medium heat

STEP 4

Transfer quesadilla to pan. Cook for 1 minute on each side, or until slightly browned. 

STEP 5

Once cheese is melted, transfer to a cutting board and slice to create cheese sticks. Serve and enjoy!
