bbq panini cuban sandwich

[.feature]4[.feature] slices swiss cheese

[.feature]4[.feature] slices deli ham

[.feature]2[.feature] tbsp dijon mustard

[.feature]2[.feature] cups prepared barbecue pulled pork (can also use plain pulled pork for keto or other special diets)

optional: red peppers

[.feature]4[.feature] dill pickle spears

cooking spray

Steps

STEP 1

Line half of an original egglife wrap with a slice of swiss cheese.

STEP 2

Top with a slice of deli ham, a ½ tbsp of Dijon, pulled pork and pickle spear.

STEP 3

Roll up and spray lightly with cooking spray.

STEP 4

Heat in non-stick pan or panini maker until cheese is melted.

STEP 5

Serve on plate.  Enjoy!
