Taco Tuesday just got even better. Swap the flour tortilla for our protein-packed alternative for the same zest and zing, sans the carbs.
A flavorful blend of cumin, garlic, onion, and peppers.
Each pack contains six 7-inch wraps.
These were an interesting wrap. They don't mimic a tortilla, but that is expected. They are still a nice protein-packed way to consume other foods.
My husband and I just tried the southwest version of these wraps with our breakfast "tacos." They were very fresh tasting and added just the right amount of kick to our food without overpowering the main ingredients. I plan to buy these again and would even like to try the sweet flavor ones with berries and low calorie whipped cream as a healthy dessert. I am impressed!
It was surprisingly good. I expected it to be maybe thin or that it would easily break, but not the case. It was pretty sturdy and held up well. I also liked the seasoning they did to it. It's pricey but good.
These wraps were so soft and had great flavor. I liked how they could be warmed up very quickly and stayed so soft and delicious. They did not crumble when eating or stuffing with fillings.
These wraps are delicious and great protein. We're sustainable and didn't break when filled and rolled. Will absolutely buy again, even though they are a little pricey.
I genuinely enjoyed this pack of egg white wraps that social nature allowed me to try. I tried the southwest flavor and it was so potent and flavorful with zesty spices. I used these wraps for my breakfast burritos and they added an immense amount of flavor. Overall, I was satisfied with this purchase.
I really wanted to love these. However, I think they do have an egg taste and feel that makes them good for use in breakfast exclusively. I tried to have a chicken wrap using the Southwest wraps, and it felt, squishy. Worked well for a breakfast burrito though!
Soft and fluffy light wraps warm up in seconds even on the stove top method. We made breakfast wraps filled with scrambled eggs and veggies. We had the Southwest style flavor, it was good , mildly flavored. Quite expensive for only 6 wraps however and my family of 4 would have 2 wraps each so I'd have to purchase 2 bags to make them breakfast . At my store they were $8.49 a bag.
Have purchased egg wraps made by other companies before, and we were always put off by the texture or the taste. These ones win on both fronts! We made quesadillas with the southwest style, and loved the softness, even after frying them; also really liked the spiced flavor, which complimented our vegan taco filling. Reasons for docking one star - wish they were bigger in size, and also they stuck together after sitting in the fridge for a couple of days, so one of them ripped when pulling them apart. Otherwise, these are a top notch low-carb choice and will definitely be buying them again!
Please try a different one.
These are perfect healthy and light bread substitute! These are great for wraps or putting a veggie burger on them or just adding some hummus and cucumbers to it. Always like to have these in our fridge!
My family really enjoyed these egg white wraps. They tasted great and went well with our sandwich meats. It is great that they are gluten and dairy free as well.
I love these! I used them as a substitute for a flour wrap. I tried the southwest with chicken, corn salad, and beans and it totally worked! I plan on trying everything bagel next!
I got a package of Egg White Wraps by Egglife foods and enjoyed it. I used it as a Tortilla wrap for a pot of Mexican-flavored Rice and Beans that I made. Went very well together. Good combination
I picked up the Southwest style wraps thinking there would be a little kick to them or flavor, but i didn't taste much of anything at all. The texture is more delicate than your typical deli wrap and smaller - they reminded me more of the small tortilla wraps I buy. They'd be good for small tacos and egg wraps. I wouldn't use them for a deli sandwich like wrap since I don't think you can fit much in them. I also had trouble finding them in the store.
I think it was a pretty decent idea. I don't know if I'd get it a bunch of times because I feel like it's more perishable than tortillas, but if you're trying to increase protein consumption and eat a lot of tortilla stuff already, this would probably be a great way to do that.
It's my first time to try egg white wraps. I wanted to get everything bagel or original flavor but they were all sold out at the store, so I picked southwest style flavor. It goes well with avocado and smoked salmon. I love the texture very much.
I thought these wraps had a really good flavor that works whether used as a wrap or just eaten alone as a snack. The texture is a bit different than flour based wraps. It's less chewy than other wraps that I've had which makes it a bit easier to bite through, but also a bit more brittle so they won't stand up as well if they're too stuffed.
I tried the Southwest Style Wrap. the flavor was on point and was really delicious! I usually have a wrap every day for lunch. I would definitely start incorporating egglife wraps to replace my current option. The added protein and low cal is my personal favorite part.
I tried this product with my son and sister. I really didn't care for the product. But my sister and son loved the product. So I'll purchase them my son since he likes them.
I tried Egglife for tor the first time and I am so impressed. I made an egg, ham and cheese wrap for breakfast. The wrap held up so well and I love the texture and flavor. I am gluten and dairy sensitive and these are perfect for my diet restrictions. I plan on buying them for now on.
I've used plenty of wrap-alternatives that aren't your typical tortilla type. This is hands down the best one I have tried thus far. We bought the Southwest Style one and immediately upon opening the package you are hit with a cumin/taco seasoning scent. It actually adds something to your wrap that I feel like your normal tortilla will say it's a different type yet it tastes exactly the same no matter which one you choose. This has such a soft texture but I could NOT believe how strong it was. I made a ridiculously sized wrap and it did not fall apart which I feel is such a testament of how they perfected this wrap. Like how is this made out of egg whites and this strong?! Sorcery I tell you! You can see how much work went into this because they've perfected the balance of texture and strength. They are on the smaller side but obviously you can see that when purchasing so you do want to scale down what you're putting into it. We used it more as a soft taco shell (size and texture wise it was similar). Extremely impressed and my husband already is ready to purchase more flavors which I'm excited to try out!
I tried the southwestern wrap and it was good. When I opened the package, I could smell that it was southwestern right away. Tasted like it too. It does have a little spongy texture though as compared to a regular wrap.
Exciting that tortilla is not made out of flour or corn. Taste alone would be bland so I use it to make lunch wrap with deli meat, cheese and avocado. It is light and good alternative to bread and pita.
I absolutely love these egg white wraps! I can't get enough of them - I have bought 3 kinds since I have tried them - my all time favorite is the southwest egg white wrap- second is everything one
