Taco Tuesday just got even better. Swap the flour tortilla for our protein-packed alternative for the same zest and zing, sans the carbs.
A flavorful blend of cumin, garlic, onion, and peppers.
Each pack contains six 7-inch wraps.
Egg white wrap by Egglife foods is an innovative product. The wrap tasted good and the texture is close to other flour products. It an excellent alternative.
The product was very eggy tasting. I used it with lean meat I think it's best to use it for eggs only I can't see making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with this wrap or anything with tomato sauce Overall a decent product
These wraps go down super easily and are great for folks watching their carbs. You van feel how light these wraps feel on your gut. However, the Southwest flavor was a bit dull, and the wraps are kind of small.
While the flavor wasn't bad at all I had a hard time with the texture. I'm not sure that I personally would eat them again but I do know several people who would!!
I got my hands on the southwest style wraps. At first, when you open the package, you can smell the southwest spices such as cumin, garlic, and chili's. They are very soft to touch and very delicate, so be careful peeling them off each other as they can tear (they should be separated by a sheet). I used these in various ways, toaster, stove top, and straight out of the fridge. All three methods worked well. Don't expect them to get crispy as they get rubbery the longer they are cooked. I wrapped them in eggs, Greek yogurt with fruit, deli meat and enjoyed the southwest spices that complemented the protein I wrapped them in. The texture is soft and pillowy. With 5grams of protein and 25 calories each, they are definitely something I can have as a staple in my fridge.
Good protein for breakfast. It is all egg white and the taste is a bit sour slightly not much to destroy the taste of the wrap. Good for me.
I tried the Southwest Style Egg White Wraps by Egglife and thought they were delicious. I made a nice Bean filled Wrap with them and some Greens and had a lite but filling Lunch.
Tried the southwest style wrap as a breakfast wrap. Loved that you got the hint of egg flavor in the sandwich without having to use bread and egg. Will definitely be using them again to make breakfast.
These egg life wraps are a great, low calorie alternative to tortillas and other wraps. I sautéed peppers and onions and then made a vegetarian southwest wrap. I added plant based chicken, black beans, cheese, avocado, and the peppers and onions with ranch dressing. These wraps are excellent!
Please try a different one.
Egg white wraps, such a wonderful product that can be eaten by itself or in many different combinations. It's so convenient in the morning with the ham or peanut butter or melted cheese.
Am new to this healthier Egglife world. Texture was a little weird to me. If your looking for less fat yes that it. Work great as a breakfast wrap to go in the morning. 25 calories is a yes.
While the flavor wasn't bad at all I had a hard time with the texture. I'm not sure that I personally would eat them again but I do know several people who would!!
The flavor of the one I tried (southwest) was on point and so was the texture. The pricing is a bit high though so I would only get it if it was on sale because there are other cheaper alternatives.
I tried the southwest flavor and substituted it out in place of my tortilla for a breakfast burrito and it tasted just the same. Plus knowing how healthy it is and calorie smart. I cant wait to try all of the other flavors. I would definitely recommend these
Fluffy and wasn't a tortilla. I didn't know what to expect but got exactly what the packaging says, egg whites made into a flat shape that Is flavored. It was a new experience but I love that it's healthy and low calorie
I love how these egg white wraps taste! I tried Southwest style flavor, toasted it and prepared wrap with bacon, tomatoes and avocado. I really like that it doesn't contain flour; is glute, dairy free.
These wraps are great for breakfast/lunch. I found them to easily replace the flour tortillas I regularly use. Not very filling however. I prefer the substance of my favorite product.
I used these to make the most delicious breakfast quesadillas! I didn't tell my family that they were egg white tortillas and they were very (pleasantly) surprised to find out. Will definitely be making again.
The taste is good, but the wrap is much thicker than a regular wrap which makes it hard to put a lot of this inside the wrap without it breaking. I realized it is easier to eat these like taco shells rather than wraps because they are so thick. The taste was definitely good I just think it would be a little better if they were thinner.
I was curious to try this as I was really uncertain if I would like it but it seemed very interesting and new! Overall, I really liked it and thought it was a good alternative wrap when you want some extra protein
I enjoyed the south west wraps to make into a little omelette sandwich as well as a snack roll up. I baked these as well as tossed into a frying pan to let cheese and bacon melt on top, I enjoyed these little wraps!
Really enjoyed the Egg White Wraps. I tried the Southwest flavor, and thought it was really good. My only complaint was that I wish that it was a bit larger and thicker since I was trying to make a Breakfast Burrito from them.
I loved the egg white wraps. I made them with sausage and onion and peppers. Absolutely delicious. Can not wait to try the other flavors . Great alternative
I like the health aspects of the Egglife Foods egg white wraps. It is a pricey compared to the store brand flour wraps I usually purchase but I am willing to pay somewhat more because it is better for a healthy diet.
