Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add chicken and corn and stir until combined. Add the packet of taco seasoning to the onion, chicket and corn mixture. When mixture is well-blended and warmed through, turn off heat and set aside.
Next, warm your egglife Southwest style egg white wraps one at a time: 10 seconds each in the microwave, or ~15 seconds per side in a separate skillet over medium/high heat
Then, make your soft taco wraps: Start with shredded lettuce, then chicken taco mixture, then ¼ cup cheddar cheese and ¼ cup tomatoes per wrap.
Top with sour cream if desired, fold like a soft taco and enjoy!
