4 Original or Italian-style egglife® wraps

6 oz can of salmon, bones and skin removed

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped capers

1 tbsp fresh dill, minced

Fresh ground pepper

1 cup arugula

tomato slice

Directions

Break up canned salmon into large flakes and place into a small mixing bowl.  Add mayo, lemon juice, capers, and dill and mix well.  Add a few grinds of fresh pepper.

Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.

Line Italian-style or Original wrap with arugula, top with salmon salad and fresh tomato, and roll-up. Enjoy!
