4 Italian-style egglife® wraps
1 cup leftover mashed potatoes
¼ cup prepared pesto (for Paleo, use a dairy-free/cheese-less brand of pesto, such as ROI)
4 oz sliced turkey
¼ cup sliced sundried tomatoes
Optional: fresh basil and fresh tomato
egglife wraps are made with cage-free eggs, not flour.

Gently warm egglife® Italian style egg white wraps: 10 seconds each in the microwave, or ~15 seconds per side in a skillet over medium/high heat.
Next, warm up mashed potatoes (if using leftovers) and stir in pesto.
To make wrap, place ¼ cup mashed potatoes in top quadrant of each wrap. Top with each with 1oz of the turkey and a sprinkle of sundried tomatoes.
Fold the wrap in half and then roll. Garnish with fresh basil and fresh tomato if desired.
NEW egglife wraps are made with eggs, not flour.
