Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut egglife into 4 square cut chip pieces. Separate all egglife chips. Spray both sides with avocado oil or olive oil. Salt and pepper both sides to taste. Place chips on a flat foil lined baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Flip at 10 minutes and bake the opposite side for 10-12 minutes, until your desired texture is reached.
In a blender combine garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, chipotle hot sauce, toasted sesame oil and water on high. Blend to your desired consistency. Add additional water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Once you reach your desired texture, add salt to taste and blend for 30 seconds. Plate and top with a drizzle of sesame oil, fresh cayenne and chipotle hot sauce.
