Serves 4

4 Italian style egglife wraps

8 oz. hummus

3.5 oz. olive tapenade or chopped olives

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

8 grape tomatoes, halved

4 baby artichoke hearts, quartered

2 mini cucumbers, thinly sliced

Directions

Lay the four Italian style egglife wraps flat on a cutting board or tray.

Spread 2 oz. of hummus evenly over each wrap.

 Sprinkle the chopped olives on top.

Layer the rest of the veggies.

Roll up the wraps and secure with two toothpicks.
