A sweet take on pizza! This low-carb recipe is easy to make and easier to enjoy as a snack or dessert! This low-carb blueberry ricotta and apple pizza is sure to be a mouthful.

2 Original egglife® wraps 

1/2 cup plain ricotta cheese 

1/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed 

1/2 apple, thinly sliced 

2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped 

shredded spinach


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it lightly with oil. Add the egglife® wraps to the pan and bake for 5 minutes. Remove them from the oven, flip them over, and bake for an additional 5 minutes. 

Once the wraps (now a bit crispier) have cooled, divide the ricotta cheese in half and spread on each crust. Then repeat the process with the blueberries, apples, bacon, and spinach. 

Serve immediately and enjoy!
