3 Italian-style egglife® wraps
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 medium yellow onion
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb Italian pork sausage or ground meat of choice
1 15 oz jar of sugar-free marinara sauce
1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup full fat cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
Shredded mozzarella
*circular 7 cup (7.5 inch) Pyrex dish

Just made my first egg life sammie. Tip: fry in dry pan for a couple min on each side first. Makes the egg life firmer. It cools down quickly to begin building your wrap, roll, or folded sammie! I’m thrilled to have this option on my sugar free, low carb adventure.
