Serves 4

4 Italian-style egglife® wraps

8 oz hummus

3 1/2 oz olive tapenade or chopped olives

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

8 grape tomatoes, halved

4 baby artichoke hearts, quartered

2 mini cucumbers, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

Lay the four Italian-style egglife® wraps flat on a cutting board or tray.

Step 2

Spread 2 oz of hummus evenly over each wrap.

Step 3

 Sprinkle the chopped olives on top.

Layer the rest of the veggies.

Roll up the wraps and secure with two toothpicks.
