Serves 2

1 package Italian-Style egglife® wraps

2 tbsp avocado oil

½ yellow squash, cut into strips

10 asparagus stalks, cut into 2” pieces

10 grape tomatoes, halved

Sea salt

Ground pepper

4-5 tbsp pesto sauce

Directions

Step 1

Cut Italian-style egglife® wraps into strips about the width of fettuccine noodles. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the squash and asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 5

Season with sea salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add egglife® pasta and pesto and cook on low temp for another 5 minutes.

Step 6

Mix all in bowl and serve.
