1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese (“ovoline” sized), sliced

1 plum tomato, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup arugula

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp olive oil

4 tbsp basil, chiffonade (sliced into thin ribbons)

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
