Makes

4 Servings

4 Original egglife® wraps

4 collard leaves, de-stemmed

1 cup shredded cucumber

1 cup shredded carrot

½ red or yellow pepper, sliced (about 1 cup)

½ sliced avocado

Any kind of sprouts

Almond Butter Dipping Sauce

¼ cup almond butter

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp tamari

1 tsp maple syrup

¼ tsp minced garlic

¼ tsp grated fresh ginger

2-3 tbsp warm water

Directions

Step 1

First make the dipping sauce.

Step 2

Mix the almond butter, lemon juice, tamari, maple syrup, and fresh ginger in a bowl.

Step 3

Add water, a tablespoon at a time until sauce is smooth, but not too runny.

Step 4

To assemble wrap, line an Original wrap with a collard leaf.

Step 5

Then add the cucumber, carrot, pepper, avocado and sprouts.

Step 6

Roll up and serve with dipping sauce.
