4 Rye-style egglife® wraps
¼ cup sour cream
2 tsp chopped fresh dill, plus additional for garnish if desired
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup chopped red onion
4 eggs
2 oz gravlax or smoked salmon, chopped
Salt and pepper
egglife wraps are made with cage-free eggs, not flour.

2 oz gravlax or smoked salmon, chopped
Salt and pepper
Mix sour cream and dill together and set aside.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and onion. Sauté onion until soft. Whisk eggs and add to the pan with the onion. Cook eggs to desired doneness and then add gravlax or smoked salmon. Stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap scrambled eggs into an egglife® wrap. Top with dill sour cream and additional dill if desired. Enjoy!
