4 Original or Italian-style egglife® wraps
6 oz can salmon, bones and skin removed
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped capers
1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
Fresh ground pepper
1 cup arugula

egglife wraps are made with cage-free eggs, not flour.
4 Original or Italian-style egglife® wraps
6 oz can salmon, bones and skin removed

Break up canned salmon into large flakes and place into a small mixing bowl. Add mayo, lemon juice, capers and dill and mix well. Add a few grinds of fresh pepper.
Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator.
Line an egglife® Italian style or egglife® Original wrap with arugula, top with salmon salad and fresh tomato and roll up.
NEW egglife wraps are made with eggs, not flour.
