3 Rye-style egglife® wraps
¼ lb rare deli roast beef
¾ cup arugula
Horseradish Cream
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp sea salt
egglife wraps are made with cage-free eggs, not flour.
3 Rye-style egglife® wraps
¼ lb rare deli roast beef
¾ cup arugula
Horseradish Cream
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp sea salt
To assemble, line an egglife® Rye style wrap with ¼ cup of the arugula.
Top with roast beef.
Roll jelly roll style, and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Secure each piece with a toothpick.
To make horseradish cream, whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Serve pinwheels alongside cream sauce.
