Makes

3 Servings

3 Rye-style egglife® wraps

3 cups shredded cabbage

¼ lb sliced pastrami

¼ lb Swiss cheese

Russian dressing

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp ketchup

1 tsp prepared horseradish

½ tsp finely minced onion

½ tsp hot sauce

¼ tsp Worcestertshire sauce

¼ tsp sweet paprika

Optional garnish: sliced pickles

Directions

Step 1

To make dressing, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.  Can be made up to 3 days ahead and stored in refrigerator.

Step 2

Toss cabbage with dressing.

Step 3

To assemble wrap, top an egglife® Rye style wrap with Swiss cheese, pastrami, and then cabbage slaw.

Step 4

Warm in a skillet over medium heat until cheese is melted, or heat in a panini maker.  Serve with pickles.
