4 Rye-style egglife® wraps
1 cup arugula
2 oz smoked salmon
½ cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
Fresh dill
For lemon-caper cream cheese:
3 tbsp whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped capers
egglife wraps are made with cage-free eggs, not flour.

For lemon-caper cream cheese:
3 tbsp whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped capers
First, make the lemon caper cream cheese.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Can make several days ahead.
To assemble, place ¼ cup of arugula on half of the Rye style wrap. Top with a half-ounce of the smoked salmon, a thin layer of the cream cheese, cucumbers, and fresh dill fronds.
NEW egglife wraps are made with eggs, not flour.
