3 Italian-style egglife® wraps
5 oz tuna in oil, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp chopped Kalamata olives
2 tbsp chopped roasted red pepper
1 tbsp chopped capers
¾ cup arugula
Fresh ground pepper
egglife wraps are made with cage-free eggs, not flour.

In a bowl combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon, olives, roasted red pepper, and capers. Mix to combine and season with fresh ground pepper.
Line an egglife® Italian style wrap with ¼ cup fresh arugula, top with the tuna salad, and roll like a cigar.

I used pre-made tuna salad from my favorite deli, added the roasted peppers and some baby spring mix to get close to this recipe. Delicious!
