3 egglife Italian style egg white wraps

5 oz tuna in oil, drained

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp chopped Kalamata olives

2 tbsp chopped roasted red pepper

1 tbsp chopped capers

Fresh ground pepper

¾ cup arugula
