4 Dessert Wraps

This twist on an Italian favorite will keep you gluten free but allow you a tasty indulgence.

  • 4 Original egglife® wraps
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp espresso powder or instant coffee
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries and chocolate syrup, for serving (optional)


Step 1

Mix cream cheese, mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, cocoa, espresso powder and vanilla together in a food processor fitted with the “S” blade.  You may have to stop several times and scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure complete mixing.  Mixture should be thick and creamy.

Step 2

Spread 1/4th of the mixture on each of the Original egglife® wraps, and top with fresh sliced strawberries. Fold the wrap closed, and serve with additional strawberries on top and chocolate syrup, if desired.
