4 egglife Original egg white wraps

2 bosc pears, peeled, cored and sliced thin 

½ cup red wine

½ cup water

½ tsp vanilla

1 cinnamon stick

¼ cup sugar

1 tbsp butter

1 8 oz container mascarpone cheese

2 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

Extra cinnamon for sprinkling
