- 4 egglife Original egg white Wraps
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz. mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- Optional: raisins, walnuts to garnish
Makes4 Dessert Wraps
Combine cream cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar and cinnamon together in a food processor fitted with the “S” blade and process until smooth. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until mixture firms up a bit.
Spread ¼ of mixture onto each egglife Original wrap. Fill with raisins and walnuts if desired.
