This egglife zesty veggie packed, faux-pasta dish is perfect for serving year round! It's packed with so much fresh flavor.

Serves 2

1 package Italian Style egglife wraps

½ yellow squash, cut into strips

10 asparagus stalks, cut into 2” pieces

10 grape tomatoes, halved

2 T. avocado oil

4-5 T. pesto sauce

Sea salt

Ground pepper


Cut Italian style egglife wraps into strips about the width of fettuccine noodles. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat.

Add the squash and asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Season with sea salt and pepper.

Add egglife pasta and pesto and cook on low temp for another 5 minutes.

Mix all in bowl and serve.
